It is important that ICT produces FRESH oxygen because oxygen and moisture are the building blocks of healthy cells. ICT's oxygen is in an unstable form that needs to combine with other molecules (and does rapidly) to permeate the skin. This happens in small amounts and feels fresh and is very therapeutic. "Unstable oxygen" sounds bad but is actually very good because when oxygen is stable it is attached to other molecules and does not mix well. When it is unstable it needs to combine with something quickly and then it goes where those other molecules go.   1. To begin, point at the center of the forehead slightly above the eyebrows. Apply firm pressure for 6 seconds.
  2. Continue at the center of your cheeks for 6 seconds.
  3. The same for your chin, press firmly for 6 seconds.
  4. Lastly, at both sides of your lower neck below the jaw, press for 6 seconds.
