Returns and Refunds Policy
Paul Penders follows a transparent; no questions asked returns policy for all full-size products bought from the online store www.paulpenders.com. You can return unused products (unopened & in original packaging) you have ordered by sending us a notice by email to [email protected] within 2 days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer except in cases where the product is faulty. All shipping fees will be borne by the customer, along with USD 7.50 administrative fees. Used products cannot be returned.
There are no returns and no refunds available for products bought during promotions and special offers.
Special Instructions for Cosmetics – Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.
How do I return unused goods?
To return unused goods, email us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the Return process. The process will depend on your location and the category of the goods you wish to return.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Paul Penders receives returned goods. In case of prepaid orders through PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the same account from which it was paid.
At Paul Penders, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and come directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized supplier. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products.
